Hello from the bakery
I've loved baking since I was tall enough to see over the counter and steal a warm edge of bread. Hearth and Crumb is the small bakery I run now. The oven is always hot, and the bread is always fresh. Throughout the week, by appointment, I hold tasting at the bakery. If I've done it right, bread made in our kitchen ends up in the middle of yours.
